Shrine Circus

Angela and I took Mikayla to the Shrine circus this afternoon. Mikayla is exhausted and asleep on the bed at the moment. She LOVED everything. The elephants were her favorite. Of course I enjoyed the circus, but the real joy comes from seeing Mikayla's eyes light up!

Dress for Reruns

This is a dress I found at a Consignment sale. It will probably be Mikayla's Christmas dress. Isn't it precious!!!

Feeling Much, Much Better!

She is feeling a LOT better. I took her to the Doctor, and they thought it could be the flu but she tested negative. Thank goodness! We're just having fun at home together. Tomorrow it will be back to school for her and back to work for me!

Sick Baby Girl

Around 3:00 a.m. on Friday Mikayla woke up with Fever. I called Mimi around 5:00, and she came and kept Mikayla while I worked half a day. By afternoon Mikayla was bouncing around (literally) and didn't have fever. Mimi had already planned on keeping Mikayla for me on Friday night and Saturday morning so that I could go to this event with the church. Well, since princess was better, plans went on as they were. Mimi took Mikayla to Haynesville and later that night she had fever again. I went to Haynesville and stayed Saturday night. Well, Mikayla STILL HAS FEVER. She has been asleep for around 4 hours now. I have gotten a Sub for tomorrow and will be taking her to the Doctor. Bless her little heart. She has been a trooper, and a BIG THANKS to Mimi for keeping her.
