Not a Single Crumb Left in the Box!!!!!

Today has been a day! I thought it would be a normal Monday, but I was wrong. I showed up at the Daycare only to find out my child had Pink Eye! She had been congested so I had just thought she had "cold" in her eye. Well, I had been left out of the loop that Pink Eye was going around in Mikayla's class. So, Mikayla and I headed straight to the school so I could call a Sub. After we got home the Dr. called a Rx in for her. She is now having the best time destroying the living room. I had gone to the restroom, and in the meantime Mikayla got her box of Cherrios and dumped the whole thing in the living room floor! As you can see from the picture, she enjoyed herself. Her clothes don't match because while we were at school getting ready for the sub she had an accident!

She will go back to Daycare tomorrow into her new classroom! I'm so excited she is officially moving up. I was told this morning they moved the other child up today, so Mikayla can have that spot tomorrow!

A Few Updates

Mikayla is already snoozing away. She didn't get a nap today, so she went to bed early, at 6:15! As for how she has been doing...the potty training is going great. There have been days with NO accidents and some with one. If she has an accident it's because no one is paying attention. She definitely is moving up at Daycare on Monday. They decided to move another child instead of waiting for the one who didn't want to potty train, so Mikayla will take someone else's spot!

She really is growing up and doing something new everyday. There is never a dull moment wherever she is!

Mikayla is Growing Up!!!!

Well, I haven't updated since the weekend. I've been so busy. I wanted to inform everyone that Mikayla made it through the ENTIRE DAY with NO ACCIDENTS!!!! She is officially moving up to the older room at Daycare on Monday. She had 2 accidents yesterday and then none today. I didn't tell you that she is only wearing pull-ups for sleeping! I was soooo proud when I picked her up today and was told how well she had done.

The pictures below are of Mikayla playing with her baby. If you look you can see that she has her big girl panties on!!!! That is all the updating for now. I'm not leaving her alone too long with panties on!

Finally Updating

The potty training is going GREAT! She has gone to the potty I couldn't tell you how many times today and has even pooped in the potty twice. She is even initiating on her own. Apparently she likes to go to the potty because she goes like every 10 minutes! The problem is that she doesn't like wearing bottoms at all! So, we'll have to see how the potty training goes at Daycare when she has to keep her clothes on all day.

Dreading Monday

I am seriously dreading tomorrow. I only will work 1/2 a day because I have to take Mikayla for a checkup in the afternoon. I look forward to getting back in the routine, but I do not look forward to dropping Mikayla off at Daycare. She is into a "wanting mommy" stage. I can't leave the room without her saying "where are you?" Then, when she finds me she says "hold you" or "got you." Don't get me wrong- it's cute and very sweet, but every once in a while it can get old.

Anyways...I best get in the bed so that I can start the day off in a good mood! I hope everyone has a wonderful week!
